Special Tiered Savings

Qualified Groups Can Take Advantage of These Incentives:

35% Straight Discount

Off the standard Convention Center rental rate with a minimum estimated rental of $100,000 and estimated RK Group food & beverage spend of $125,000* .

50% Straight Discount

Off the standard Convention Center rental rate with a minimum estimated rental of $250,000 and estimated RK Group food & beverage spend of $450,000* .

To qualify for the incentives, meetings and events must:

Be booked through a Visit San Antonio sales representative .
Meetings must occur between January 1, 2030, and September 30, 2031 .
Must be contracted by September 30, 2026 .

Legacy accounts, established rotating accounts and ticketed/public events do not apply. Minimum food and beverage spend does not include in-conjunction events, outlets, service fees and taxes. Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer or Convention and Sports Facility's concessions. All bookings are subject to availability and approval by Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Client must sign a Destination Booking Agreement (DBA) or Henry B. Gonzalez Licensing Agreement by September 30, 2026. Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center retains the right to modify and/or withdraw this promotion at any time due to changes in inventory or demand.
